These booking conditions regulate the online booking management of Golf Costa Adeje, S.A. (hereinafter “Golf Costa Adeje, S.A.”) with CIF A38424891 and domiciled at Finca Los Olivos, Calle Alcojora, s/n 38670 – (Adeje) – Sta. Cruz De Tenerife, Spain, telephone 922710000, Spain and registered in the Mercantile Register of Santa Cruz de Tenerife Sheet TF-14052 Volume 2457 Folio 194, owner of the website https://www.golfcostaadeje.com/.

Booking process

You can manage your booking online through the “BOOKING” or “BOOK NOW” tab. Use the form to fill in the registration data and thus be able to make reservations accepting these conditions and the privacy policy. In English and Spanish.

During the booking process we use our service provider (booking engine) ‘imaster.golf’. To complete the process the user must make the payment of the total amount of your online booking. This payment is made directly to our service provider. Golf Costa Adeje, S.A. does not collect card details.

The payment of the remaining amount according to the options you have chosen in the booking process will be made directly at the Golf Costa Adeje facilities.

The prices are those shown on this website.

The data provided to make the reservation must be truthful, accurate, up to date and the user’s own who wishes to make the reservation from our website.

Booking confirmation

Once the booking has been made, you will receive an e-mail within 24 hours to the e-mail account provided on the form, confirming your booking.

Technical means to identify any errors

If at the moment of making your reservation you have any error, you can contact us by e-mail at reservas@golfcostaadeje.es or by phone at +34 922.710.000.

Cancellations

Tee time reservations must be canceled no later than the days before game day.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• For 1 player and up to 4 players with 48 hours’ notice.

• For 5 players and up to 12 players with 15 days’ notice.

• For 13 or more players 30 days in advance

If the reservation is not canceled within these mentioned periods and in case of “no show”, the total import of the reservation will be automatically charged.

The transaction fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Alternative dispute resolution in consumer matters

In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 and Art. 13 of Directive 2013/11/EU, we inform that traders in the European Union who conclude contracts of sale or provision of services online, made by means of eCommerce or electronic commerce, must provide information on the existence of the Platform for Online Dispute Resolution. This platform provides a one-stop shop for consumers and traders in the European Union to resolve disputes in the case of domestic and cross-border purchases.

The owner of this website may modify at any time the conditions determined here, being duly published as they appear here, by its own criteria or motivated by the modification of applicable legislation. The validity of the aforementioned conditions shall apply until they are modified by other duly published conditions.

Legislation and jurisdiction

The legislation applicable to the content of the website will be Spanish and the jurisdiction will be that of the competent Courts and Tribunals in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
